As part of the Group's succession plan, Dr Ho Leng Woon will be stepping down from his current position of Group Chief Executive Officer. The Nominating Committee has nominated and the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr Ho Chee Hon as the new Group Chief Executive Officer.
Dr Ho shall remain as an Executive Director and the Chairman of the Board.
