This announcement is made to inform of the typographical error in the dates in item 11 (d) Books Closure Date of the Financial Statement and Dividend Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2020.Corrected version as follows:

(d) Books closure date

Notice is hereby given that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will beclosed on 10 May 2021 to determine the shareholders' entitlement to the proposed 2020 final dividend.

Duly completed transfers of shares received by the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Singapore Pte Ltd, 80Robinson Road, #02-00, Singapore 068898, up to close of business at 5.00pm on 7 May 2021 ("Book Closure Date") will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the proposed final dividend.

In respect of shares in securities with the Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the said final dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which in turn distribute the final dividend entitlement to the CDP account holders in accordance with its normal practice.

Please refer to the replacement copy of the Full Year Financial Statement and Related Announcement for the period ended 31 December 2020 attached which shows the correct information on item 11 (d) relating to the final dividend.

This replacement Full Year Financial Statement and Related Announcement for the year ended 31December 2020 supersedes the one that was broadcasted on 26 February 2021.
